360pay SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS communications from 360pay, also known as 360 Global LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. SMS Messaging Service

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from 360pay. Messages will be conversational messages in regards to your relationship with 360pay.

Message Frequency: You may receive 3–7 messages per month, although frequency may vary depending on your interactions and preferences.
Message and Data Rates: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Opt-Out and Cancellation

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message to verify that your request has been processed. You will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

4. Message Frequency Adjustments

While the average frequency is 3–7 messages per month, 360pay reserves the right to modify the number of messages sent as needed.
We and our carrier partners are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

Your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless provider for details about your plan. 360pay is not responsible for any carrier charges.

6. Privacy and Data Use

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. User Responsibilities

By participating in the SMS program, you confirm that:
• You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
• You have given consent to receive messages from 360pay.
• You will not use the messaging program for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

360pay and its affiliates are not responsible for:
• Carrier or network issues causing delayed or undelivered messages
• Any charges imposed by your mobile carrier
• Damages arising from use of, or reliance on, SMS communications

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360pay disclaims all liability for any losses or damages related to participation in the SMS program.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
